This tool actually makes OS X semi productive

Just moved from Windows to OSX and this tool actually makes OSX semi productive. I can finally easily and quickly maximize windows and place two windows side by side relatively quickly.

The only Windows 10 feature I am missing (And only a little bit) would be if I could invoke Mission Control to pick a window on the other side when I want to split my view. Basically when I send a window to the left show mission control and the window I pick would then be sent to the right.
