Good Job!

This app takes to a whole new level the window-management feature built into Windows 7 (which only snaps into four places and cant remember the way you last snapped a given window into place).
There is a full suite of options and customizations available (including ones making it possible to adjust the apps look and feel) — probably more than any one person could use (which is much appreciated).
You can use the app intuitively to do the "basic" stuff (no need to read any on-screen instructions), or you can tweak it to suit your specific needs by making it work exactly as you want. It seems like there is something in it for anyone whos ever wanted to use their windows more efficiently with less effort.
